I know that every team and every organisation is different. I tailor our work to ensure it meets the needs and demands of those differences. Even my signature programmes all have a bespoke element to them. Choosing to work with me means choosing knowledge and experience.
I offer a unique portfolio of consultancy, training & coaching, interim, research & intelligence, speaking & workshops, and peer forums, the learning from which helps to inform and influence my work in all other areas, and ensures ongoing learning for me as well.
why choose claire?

Claire Warner is an award-winning Roffey Park Institute and Management Centre-trained management specialist and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

In a successful 19-year career as a fundraising & comms senior leader, Claire led her colleagues to raising more than £70 million for capital & revenue projects. She conducted the UK's first fundraising sector culture & wellbeing research; and is widely regarded as one of the leading specialists for not-for-profit and public sector work.Claire is now also an in-demand conference speaker and session facilitator and host, sharing her work and ethos.
Claire is now looking to "return home" to in-house fundraising & comms work in a senior leadership role.
