When I talk to coaching and programme clients about waking rest, many of them had never considered that rest might be anything other than sleep. And, as well as being a type of rest all on its own, improving your waking rest can also help to improve your sleep!
Over the past four or so years, I have become more aware of the different types of rest there are and the benefits of each. This episode aims to share those learnings in the hope of helping you to identify which types of rest you might be missing
