Hey There

I'm on a mission
to
lift
management & leadership knowledge, skill, confidence and culture right across entire organisations
Step One - If you're new here, watch / listen to this intro video
Like all of our videos, this has closed captions. If they don't automatically appear, click on the captions symbol in the bar at the bottom of the video
Step Two - the programme elements
Part A
The formal management & leadership training courses
NB - available to all current and aspiring people-managers and leaders
I'm now on the final cohort of live delivery and the only programme that hasn't yet started is

Making the move from Manager to Leader doesn't happen over night and doesn't happen in one step.
There are different skills and qualities needed for leadership than for management. And there are many times when someone perceived as A Leader will need to Manage, and where a person perceived as A Manager will need to lead
Lean into Leadership is a 6-module course which looks at those different skills and qualities, how to adopt and embrace them; and then helps identify where you will need to use Leadership and where you will need to use Management; and how to successfully be able to do both
The modules are:
-
Introduction to Management & Leadership
-
Recognising situational needs
-
Balancing Management & Leadership
-
Developing Flexibility & Adaptability
-
Communication & Influence
-
Leading Change and Continual Improvement

Group Q&A Calls

No "sign-up" - once you have completed one of the live training programmes, you will automatically be invited to these calls.
Monthly live coaching calls to help apply, embed and gain confidence in the theories and tactics from the formal courses. Once you've finished the course (either live or on-demand) you will get invitations to the monthly calls for that course to come along and ask questions, practice, or just share with peers. Every third call is in the evening to allow for the working hours of those who work shifts.

Charities can only change their part of the world, and work towards achieving their mission, by having the right people in post, and those people having the support they need to do their job well.
The pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis, and the extra demands theses are making on organisations and colleagues, mean that what was already a labour of love, is just getting harder.

Many of your colleagues are struggling – and your charity might be struggling too.

This struggling might not yet be identifiable. But the chances are you're experiencing or seeing some of the symptoms. I know this is a lot to add to what was already a highly charged, passionate, and determined sector.
This is a lot of pressure.
But you don’t have to do this alone
