Being the leader of an organisation's fundraising team (with whatever title) is the career aspiration of many

It’s a totally amazing place to operate

At the top of the fundraising tree, responsible for the strategic direction of the fundraising piece. Working with a team of passionate, committed income generators who spend their lives securing income to allow your organisation to do good in the world.Who wouldn't want this?

But being that leader can also be a really lonely, isolated place, especially in an organisation where there is little or no fundraising expertise within the CEO and Trustee group.

You can feel like a funnel between the requests of an enthusiastic but misaligned board, and the pleas of a hard-working but over-stretched team.

Too large to access support designated for the smallest charities; too small to have the budget to employ or train specialists across all fields. Yet usually expected to "do it all"

imagine then, how it would feel

(and what a difference it would make)

you had somewhere you could go

a virtual retreat;

a place to collaborate;

a place to find kindred spirits to share experiences - the highs, the lows, the challenges - your cheerleaders;

a place to problem-solve;

a place with 10 income-stream & sector experts at your disposal, to consult with, learn from and work with for a whole 12-months

a place to Thrive?

Imagine the solidarity

Imagine the ideas

Imagine the results

you no longer need to imagine!

I'm Claire Warner, founder of Thrive, and the Thrive Wellbeing & Management specialist expert

Thrive is exactly the programme I would have signed up to, the programme I not just wanted, but needed, when I worked in in-house Fundraising.  And what's more, it's the programme that would have potentially also have helped me back into fundraising after a break due to ill health.

Thrive is specifically designed to help Fundraising Directors in organisations up to about £15m income in the areas in which I struggled, and others have told me, that they struggle the most:

Lack of expertise across all income streams

Lack of access to budget for specialist support

Increasing targets without corresponding skilled staff resource

Lack of understanding of fundraising outside of their team

Thrive provides a group of peers, all of whom are facing similar challenges to you. Thrive provides experts across all income streams and sector specialisms, allowing the opportunity to "nerd out" in your areas of expertise and make informed decisions and advances in areas outside of your zone of genius.

Thrive's expert coaches are all people I wish I had had the opportunity to work with individually when I worked in house, let alone all of them in one go.

Thrive is there to boost you, to provide a virtual retreat space to regroup, to discuss, to share and to grow. It's there to add to your life and to take away burden and not the other way around.

I love Thrive,

Our current Thrive Fundraising Directors love Thrive

Our Thrive Experts love Thrive

I know you will love Thrive too

When I watched the launch video for the Thrive, I felt seen. And I felt like you were talking to me.  You described my exact feelings, my exact pride and my exact anxieties - I leapt and joined there and then, full of hope and expectation.

I have to say the reality has far outweighed my initial hopes. The specialists are amazing, they're so authentic and the information they share and the advice they give is brilliant. And the tribe I now get to spend Wednesday afternoons with are just brilliant.  You really must join!"

Thrive Leaders is a rolling 12-month coaching, retainer-consultancy and peer-support programme for Fundraising Directors (and equivalent)

Designed specifically to meet the needs of leaders of Fundraising teams without multiple Heads of different income streams - where the Leader is likely to have their own operational fundraising workload to deliver alongside their managerial and leadership responsibilities, Thrive provides "the ultimate support, coaching and camaraderie programme".

Described by many of the expert coaches as "the kind of programme I wish I'd had access to when in the role", Thrive is designed to provide as 12-month programme of peer, specialist and personal support.

You might be Head of a team of one, or a team of 30. You're likely to be leading a team in a local, regional or small national charity, and while you probably don't yet employ seasoned specialists in every income stream, you are are enjoying some success across multiple products.

Thrive provides "a little bit of space for the professional me in the middle of every week, and I love it"

sound good to you?
